Elevator Electrical Troubleshooter ( Multi-Brand) Bin Jumaa Import & Trade. Est (Lift & Escalator Contractor & Maintenance)

We are seeking a skilled Elevator Electrical Troubleshooter Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining elevators and escalators. This role requires strong problem-solving skills to identify faults, perform corrective actions, and ensure the safe and efficient operation of elevator systems.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in elevators, escalators, and related equipment.

• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in elevator control systems and components.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Respond to service calls and perform emergency repairs as needed.

• Handle callbacks efficiently by investigating and resolving previously reported issues to prevent recurrence.

• Respond promptly to service callbacks, ensuring thorough follow-up to prevent future problems and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex electrical problems.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback.

• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Provide training and support to junior technicians as needed.

• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while performing tasks.

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 5 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair, elevator troubleshooting, and maintenance.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in confined spaces.

• REQUIRES A VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE. (preferred, but not mandatory)
