We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused English-speaking Server to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, demonstrating knowledge of menu items and daily specials
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service
• Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and helpful manner
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in side work duties such as restocking supplies and cleaning
• Adapt to varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, when necessary

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Basic math skills for handling financial transactions
• Exceptional teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handling certification (may be required based on local regulations)
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of local cuisine and culture (beneficial)
