Electrical Engineer (Design Building Trades/Utilities)

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a fully accredited and reputed University. Must obtain registration from Saudi Council of Engineers. Shall have 7 years of experience as Electrical design Engineer. Must Have knowledge in Electrical design/ calculation related software. Must be well verse with related International Engineering and construction Codes and Standards including International Fire Code, National Electrical Code and National Fire Protection Association.

Electrical Engineer (Project Site/ Supervising)

• Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a fully accredited and reputed University. Must obtain registration from Saudi Council of Engineers. Shall have 7 years of experience of which 4 years as Electrical Project Site/Supervising Engineer in building construction and maintenance. Must have experience in installation and maintenance. Must have experience in project management. Must also have experience in planning, programming, estimating, scheduling and quality control. Must be well verse with related International Engineering and construction Codes and Standards. Must be able to read and understand technical drawings. Must be conversant with related Software s required, including Primavera or Microsoft Project to carry out his duties.

Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer

• Sc. in Electronic and communication Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related. From a fully accredited and reputed University. Must obtain registration from Saudi Council of Engineers . Shall have 7 years of experience as Instrumentation and Control Design Engineer or related. Must have knowledge in Electrical or Instrumentation and control design calculation related software. Must be well verse with related International Engineering and construction Codes and Standards, including National Electrical Code, and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Must be able to read and understand Technical Drawings.

Mechanical Engineer (Design Building Trade)

• Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a fully accredited and reputed University. Must obtain registration from Saudi Council of Engineers. Shall have 7 years of experience as design Engineer in related field. Must Have knowledge in Mechanical Plumbing and Piping design/ calculation related software. Must be well verse with related International Engineering and construction Codes and Standards including international plumbing code, international fire code, international mechanical code and uniform plumbing code. Must be able to read and understand technical drawings.

Mechanical Engineer (Design HVAC)

• Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a fully accredited and reputed University. Must obtain registration from Saudi Council of Engineers. Shall have 7 years of experience as design Engineer in related field. Must Have knowledge in HVAC design/ calculation related software. Must be well verse with related International Engineering and construction Codes and Standards including international mechanical code, SMACNA and ASHREA. Must be able to read and understand technical drawings.

Mechanical Engineer (Design Piping)

• Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from a fully accredited and reputed University. Must obtain registration from Saudi Council of Engineers. Shall have 7 years of experience as design Engineer in related field. Must Have knowledge in design/ calculation related software. Must be well verse with related International Engineering and construction Codes and Standards including international mechanical code and plumbing code. Must be able to read and understand technical drawings.

Civil Engineer (Design)

• Sc. in Civil Engineering from a fully accredited and reputed University. Must obtain registration from Saudi Council of Engineers. Shall have 7 years of experience as design Engineer. Must be well versed the use of various surveying instruments. Having knowledge in design/ calculation related software. Must be well verse with related International Engineering and construction Codes and Standards. Must be able to read and understand technical drawings.

Civil Engineer (Project Site/ Supervising)

• Sc. in Civil Engineering from a fully accredited and reputed University. Must obtain registration from Saudi Council of Engineers. Shall have 7 years of experience of which 4 years as Project Site/ Supervising) Engineer in building construction and maintenance. Must have experience in civil construction and maintenance of residential, office and light industrial facilities. Must be experienced in project management related to building construction, design, engineering and on-site construction & maintenance projects and good knowledge in surveying and site setting out. Must be well versed with IBC building codes, plumbing codes and other US or European building codes. Must also have experience in planning, programming, estimating, scheduling and quality control. Must be conversant with related Software s required, including Primavera or Microsoft Project to carry out his duties. Must be able to read and understand technical drawings.

Cost Engineer (Civil/ Architectural/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical)

• Sc. in Civil or Mechanical or Electrical or Architecture or Structural Engineering from a fully accredited and reputed University, Must obtain registration from Saudi Council of Engineers. Shall have 5 years of experience as Cost Engineer or related in building construction and maintenance. Must have experience as cost engineer in construction field. Must have experience in various estimating software. Must be well versed in Microsoft office (Word and Excel). Must be well verse with related International Engineering and construction Codes and. Standards Must be able to read and understand Technical Drawings.

Cost Estimator (Civil/ Architectural/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical)

• Sc. in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related. Shall have 5 years of experience as Cost Estimator or related in building construction and maintenance. Must have experience in estimating cost, but not limited to estimating preliminary costing, preparation of bills of quantity and bills of material, quality scopes of work, variation or change order costs and final accounts
