Assignments and tasks:

• Ensure the dissemination and explanation of the company's quality policy to managers and workers within its structure.
• Keep an up-to-date list of documents applicable to its structure
• Maintain an up-to-date list of applicable recording media and a collection of these recording media within its structure.
• Monitor the corrective and preventive actions undertaken within its structure
• Monitoring of customer complaint handling and customer satisfaction measurements
• Process and document on-site quality control in collaboration with project execution staff
• Be familiar with the plans and specifications, including all revisions and modifications.
• Note each discrepancy or non-conformity, and inform the RMQ without delay.
