الأدوار والمسؤوليات

You will be responsible for:

  • Understand the project s needs and objectives.
  • Effectively manage projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Support the team in client interactions.
  • Analyze and design technical solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure proposed solutions align with client requirements.
  • Oversee and ensure the quality of project deliverables.
  • Conduct data and process analyses to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice to clients when necessary.


  • At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar roles, coordinating and managing web projects.
  • Solid technical background as a software engineer (ideally in web with Node.js and React.js).
  • Experience in Cloud and DevOps, ideally with GCP.
  • Knowledge in GenAI (RAG, agents, etc).
  • Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people.
  • Strong knowledge of architectures, best practices, testing,etc.
  • Ability to handle and understand detailed technical documentation.
  • Analytical and consultative skills to provide technical solutions.
  • Adherence to Agile principles to deliver value to clients.
  • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to identify potential risks.
  • Fluent English and Arabic (MANDATORY).
  • Team player.
  • Salary determined by the market and your experience
  • Flexible schedule 35 Hours / Week

At least 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar roles, coordinating and managing web projects.

  • Solid technical background as a software engineer (ideally in web with Node.js and React.js).
  • Experience in Cloud and DevOps, ideally with GCP.
  • Knowledge in GenAI (RAG, agents, etc).
  • Proven experience managing teams of 10+ people.
  • Previous experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholders relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of architectures, best practices, testing,etc.
  • Ability to handle and understand detailed technical documentation.
  • Analytical and consultative skills to provide technical solutions.
  • Adherence to Agile principles to deliver value to clients.
  • Conflict resolution skills and the ability to identify potential risks.
  • Fluent English and Arabic (MANDATORY).
  • Team player.
