Your responsibilities will be as follows:

• Within the framework of the AMO group's organization:
  • Drafting or participating in the drafting of quality documentation for the AMO group
  • Facilitate training workshops for each existing team and each new arrival on quality practices, regulatory requirements, and the quality documentation they must apply.
  • Facilitating the processes for managing changes, exceptions, and configuration:
    • updates to the tracking spreadsheets,
    • preparation and monitoring of associated records,
    • facilitating weekly internal meetings
    • associated reporting
  • Assist the Risk Manager in steering the risk management process, by actively participating in the development, creation and monitoring of risk sheets.
  • Contribute to the preparation of various monitoring reports, dashboards and summary documents for the project.
  • Conducting internal audits
  • Organize the electronic management of project-specific documents
• Within the framework of works and supply contracts:
  • Participate in verifying the completeness of the Quality Management System for works and supply contracts of companies and its integration with the Project Owner's Quality Management System.
  • Ensure that the AMO (Project Management Assistance) teams monitor the validation of the companies' quality documentation in accordance with their contractual obligations.
  • Participate in establishing procedures for launching and monitoring quality audits.
  • Propose the scheduling of quality audits for companies
  • Participate in establishing procedures for monitoring quality and performance indicators,
  • Ensuring compliance with Document Management, including traceability and internal and external filing by companies
