Job Description:
As an English Teacher at El Alsson, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that promote critical thinking, creativity, and language proficiency among secondary school students. You will contribute to the development of the curriculum while fostering a positive learning environment that supports student growth.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Education, English, or related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 3 years of teaching experience in an international or comparable setting
- Strong knowledge of the American curriculum standards for secondary education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create dynamic lesson plans tailored to diverse learner needs
- Proficiency with educational technology tools is preferred
