Duties and Responsibilities

• Technical Expertise and Solution Design

  • Create and deliver innovative, scalable solution designs that meet customer requirements in

    IT/OT/ET Domain.

  • Provide technical support during pre-sales cycles, including demonstrations, Proofs of Concept

    (PoCs), and proposals.

  • Collaborate with Partner Managers, Presales Engineers, and Sales Teams to align solutions

    with business goals.

• Partner and Internal Enablement

  • Manage certification programs for partners to ensure skill development and technical

    competency.

  • Deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs for partners and

    internal teams.

  • Track and report progress on certification and training completion metrics.

• Process Optimization and Compliance

  • Standardize and document pre-sales processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.

  • Ensure all solution designs and proposals adhere to compliance standards and technical

    accuracy.

  • Implement best practices in collaboration with the Presales Manager.

• Strategic Contribution

  • Develop reusable and scalable solution frameworks for innovative customer engagements.

  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to support competitive positioning.

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor for partners and customers during complex projects.

• Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure

    business and technical alignment.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and customers to enhance collaboration

    and engagement outcomes.
