Key Responsibilities Front-End Development

1. Build and maintain responsive, user-friendly interfaces for healthcare clients
2. Convert UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable code
3. Develop landing pages, websites, and digital assets for marketing campaigns

Collaboration

1. Work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers
2. Support SEO, CRO, and performance-focused front-end improvements

Performance & Optimization

1. Ensure fast-loading, high-performing websites
2. Maintain cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
3. Follow accessibility and usability best practices

CMS & Content Management

1. Update and maintain websites on platforms like WordPress
2. Implement content changes, layouts, and templates

Testing & Debugging

1. Identify and resolve UI bugs and front-end issues
2. Test across browsers and devices to ensure consistency

Continuous Learning

1. Stay up to date with modern tools and technologies
2. Learn from senior developers and participate in code reviews

Requirements Experience

1. 0 2 years in front-end development (including internships or personal projects)
2. Experience with real-world projects is a plus

Education

1. Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Technical Skills

1. Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
2. Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
3. Familiarity with frameworks like React or Vue (a plus)
4. Experience with WordPress or similar CMS (preferred)
5. Basic understanding of SEO-friendly development

Tools

1. Version control (Git)
2. Design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
3. Basic knowledge of performance optimization

Soft Skills

1. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
2. Good communication in a remote team environment
3. Willingness to learn and grow
4. Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Nice to Have

1. Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar
2. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
3. Exposure to healthcare or regulated industries
4. Familiarity with JavaScript build tools
5. English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus
