Duties & Responsibilities (Shall include but not limited to):

General Duties & Responsibilities:

Analyze and troubleshoot user issues and questions regarding assigned applications and software.

Responsible for answering incoming phone calls and email requests in a timely manner.

Responsible to liaise with End user or ERP /Vendor Team to report any unresolved issues.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.

Document interfaces between legacy and new systems.

Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and applications for introducing a new system or execute IT risk assessment for a new software.

Train new users for the assigned systems and document a user manual for publishing.

Responsible for translating the business language to a technical language for development.

Travel to remote locations including land and offshore rigs.

Responsible for answering incoming phone calls and email requests in a timely manner.

ERP HR Duties & Responsibilities:

Understand ERP HR module and sub module.

Knowledge of HR business processes.

Good understanding of payroll and benefits management.

Excellent understanding of Manager Self Service and Employee Self Service system processes.

Good understanding of hiring, recruitment, onboarding, and departure processes.

Good understanding of Training and development processes.

ERP Finance Duties & Responsibilities:

Understand ERP Finance modules and sub modules.

Knowledge of Finance business processes.

Good understanding of Profit tracking process.

Good understanding of General ledger process.

Good understanding of Accounts payable process.

Good understanding of Accounts receivable process.

Good understanding of Fixed asset management.

Good understanding of Tax management.

ERP Supply Chain Duties & Responsibilities:

Excellent understanding of contract and sourcing process.

Excellent understanding of vendor management.

Excellent understanding of inventory process.

Excellent understanding of procurement process.

Excellent understanding of warehousing process.

Skills:

Good understanding of ERP systems

Good understanding of ERP Procurement, ERP HR, ERP Payroll, ERP Finance, Maintenance modules.

Ability to deliver projects within agreed scope, time, and cost.

Able to communicate Project milestones. Familiar with a variety of industry concepts, practices, and procedures.

Demonstrated success analyzing, documenting, and designing business processes in the context of software/process integration.

Leadership, teamwork abilities working on high-performing cross-functional project teams.
