الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  1. Prepare detailed cost estimates for pressure vessels, skids, and static equipment in accordance with ASME and project specifications.

  2. Analyze RFQs, ITBs, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and client requirements.

  3. Develop material take-offs (MTOs) for plates, pipes, fittings, flanges, and bought-out items.

  4. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and QA/QC to validate scope, quantities, and execution assumptions.

  5. Obtain and evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations and incorporate them into final pricing.

  6. Prepare internal cost sheets, including:

    • Materials

    • Manpower

    • Equipment

    • Subcontracting

    • Overheads, margin, and contingency

  7. Ensure estimates align with commercial strategy, target margins, and management guidelines.

  8. Participate in technical and commercial clarifications with clients.

  9. Support post-award handover to project and execution teams.

  10. Maintain a database of historical costs, norms, and benchmarks for continuous improvement.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

  2. Minimum or 9 years of experience in estimation of pressure vessels / static equipment / skids within fabrication or EPC environments.

  3. Strong knowledge of:

    • ASME Section VIII

    • Fabrication, welding, NDT, PWHT

    • Surface preparation, blasting & painting

  4. Proven experience working on SAP Ariba portals, including but not limited to:

    • Saudi Aramco

    • SABIC

    • Sadara

    • Other major industrial clients

  5. Familiar with Saudi market pricing, vendors, and subcontractors.

  6. Advanced skills in Excel-based estimation models.

  7. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.

  8. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
