Estimation & Tendering Manager – Landscape & Water Features Location: Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time Sector: Landscape Construction & Water Features (Fountains, Irrigation, Hardscape, Public Realm)

We are seeking a highly experienced Estimation & Tendering Manager to lead all pre-contract and tendering activities for landscape and water features projects in Qatar. The role requires strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and leadership in managing bids from concept through submission, ensuring competitive and compliant proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full estimation and tendering lifecycle for landscape and water-feature projects

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs to assess scope and risks

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals

• Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams during bid preparation

• Manage subcontractor and supplier enquiries, evaluations, and negotiations

• Ensure compliance with tender requirements, contractual terms, and Qatari regulations

• Conduct value engineering, cost optimization, and risk assessments

• Prepare tender clarifications, technical submissions, and post-tender negotiations

• Maintain a robust cost database and benchmarking for landscape and water-feature works

• Mentor and manage estimation engineers and quantity surveyors
