الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for advertising and production projects
Analyze project requirements for signage, carpentry, acrylic works, printing, vinyl, and fit-out
Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost breakdowns
Coordinate with production, fabrication, installation, and procurement teams
Calculate material, labor, machine, and installation costs
Evaluate drawings, specifications, site conditions, and client requirements
Source and negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors
Maintain cost databases, pricing sheets, and estimation records
Support sales and project teams with technical and commercial inputs
Ensure estimates meet profit margins and company standards
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Proven experience as an Estimator in an advertising / signage / production company
Strong knowledge of signage systems, carpentry works, acrylic fabrication, printing, vinyl branding, and installation processes
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and design layouts
Proficiency in Excel and estimation tools
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Experience in Gulf countries is highly preferred
Knowledge of project costing, value engineering, and budgeting
Familiarity with market rates for materials and subcontracting
Preferred Qualifications:
Engineering / Technical Diploma or relevant qualification
