We’re looking for an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to support the planning and execution of corporate and social events. The role involves coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of events.


What you’ll do:
• Coordinate events from planning to execution
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Support on-site event setup and operations


What we’re looking for:

  • 1–3 years of experience in events or hospitality
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Experience in corporate or commercial events is a plus.

Must Haves:

  • Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue setup, and on-site event execution to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness within the allocated budget.
  • Coordinate event registration and manage attendee communication, including sending invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-up.
  • Create and implement event marketing strategies, utilizing social media and other channels to promote events and maximize attendance.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors, securing favorable terms and ensuring high-quality services for event needs.
  • Oversee event day activities, supervising staff and volunteers to guarantee a positive attendee experience.
  • Prepare event materials, such as presentations, brochures, and signage, ensuring professional and engaging content.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, and analyzing results to improve future event planning.
  • Manage event timelines and schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within the specified deadlines.
  • Provide excellent customer service to attendees and stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in event management or a related field is preferred.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination, demonstrating a proven track record of successful event execution.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with event management software is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with vendors, attendees, and internal teams.
  • Demonstrate a proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to anticipate potential challenges and find solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the hospitality or related industry is advantageous, with a strong understanding of event logistics and operations.
  • Possess strong negotiation and vendor management skills, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality services for events.
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus, especially if events cater to a diverse international audience.
