We are looking for a highly skilled Facility Management Executive with 5–6 years of relevant experience in the FM industry to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and management of facilities across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards, in compliance with local regulations and organizational policies. This role is based in Abu Dhabi, and candidates must be willing to work on-site. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:


  1. Oversee daily facility operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all hard and soft services.

  2. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams and external vendors.

  3. Monitor building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and security systems.

  4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

  5. Manage service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

  6. Review and verify service reports, work orders, and maintenance logs.

  7. Assist in evaluating vendor performance and recommending improvements or replacements.

  8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly facility management reports.

  9. Maintain updated records of maintenance schedules, asset registers, and compliance documents.

  10. Support budgeting and cost-control activities by tracking expenses and optimizing resource usage.

  11. Ensure adherence to UAE and Abu Dhabi regulatory requirements, including HSE standards.

  12. Conduct risk assessments and support the implementation of safety protocols.

  13. Coordinate emergency response procedures and participate in safety drills.

  14. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders.

  15. Address service requests, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.

  16. Support facility improvement initiatives and contribute to customer satisfaction.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  1. 5–6 years of hands‑on experience in the Facility Management sector

  2. Strong understanding of soft and hard FM services

  3. Ability to manage contractors, service providers, and maintenance teams

  4. Excellent communication and reporting skills

  5. Willingness to relocate to or work in Abu Dhabi

  6. Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities

  7. Strong knowledge of FM operations, maintenance practices, and service delivery standards.

  8. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

  9. Proficiency in CAFM systems and MS Office applications.

  10. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
