الأدوار والمسؤوليات


We are looking for a data-driven and execution-oriented professional to lead space optimization and planogram development initiatives across stores. The role requires strong Excel expertise, tool-building capability, and experience in setting up processes from scratch, along with the ability to validate and implement solutions on the ground. The candidate should be comfortable balancing analytics, pilot testing, and large-scale rollout execution.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop data-driven space allocation models based on sales, ADS, strategic priority, and shelf norms.

  • Create and maintain planograms aligned with strategy and store formats.

  • Build Excel-based tools and calculators to automate space planning and improve efficiency.

  • Establish end-to-end processes for space optimization, pilot execution, and expansion rollout.

  • Conduct pilot, measure performance impact, and scale successful models.

  • Coordinate with Category and Store Operations teams for implementation.

  • Conduct store visits to validate planogram compliance and resolve practical challenges.

  • Track and report KPIs related to space productivity and sales uplift.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, data modelling)

  • Experience in enhancing internal tools or automation models

  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs (ADS, sales contribution, stock days)

  • Hands-on experience in planogram development

  • Experience in setting up structured processes from the beginning

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good stakeholder coordination and communication skills


    Eligibility


  • Graduate (Business / Retail / Analytics preferred)

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in:

  • Retail Space planning

  • Planogram development

  • Retail analytics

  • Process setup and implementation


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)


  • Improvement in space utilization productivity

  • Sales uplift from pilots

  • Planogram compliance

  • Tool adoption and process standardization

  • Reduction in stock-outs / excess inventory
