Key Responsibilities
1. Export Strategy & Sales Growth
Develop, implement and execute the export sales strategy aligned with company targets.
Identify new international markets and opportunities for shoe products.
Set and monitor sales targets, forecasts, budgets and performance metrics.
Prepare export sales reports and analyze trends for decision-making.
2. Customer & Distributor Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, agents, retailers, and key clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms and trade agreements.
Coordinate product presentations, samples, price lists, and catalogues.
Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Market Research & Product Positioning
Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activity and consumer preferences in target markets.
Recommend product assortment, pricing strategies and promotional activities based on market insights.
Provide feedback to design and production teams to adapt products for international demand.
4. Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
Oversee export order processing, shipment planning and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with production, quality control, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers and shipping partners.
Track shipments and resolve logistics or documentation issues.
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with export regulations, international trade laws, customs requirements, and product certification standards.
Prepare and review export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, insurance, and letters of credit.
Keep updated on changes in trade compliance requirements.
6. Marketing & Trade Development
Plan and participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and business missions.
Develop export marketing materials, presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with marketing team for digital export promotion campaigns.
7. Reporting & Administration
Provide weekly/monthly reports on export operations, pipeline status, and issues.
Maintain accurate customer and shipment records in CRM ERP systems.
Monitor credit and collections for export accounts.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.
Knowledge of international trade practices, INCOTERMS, export documentation and compliance.
Familiarity with shoe manufacturing, product categories and market trends preferred.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office; Odoo/CRM system experience is a plus.
Multilingual abilities or proficiency in English and key export market languages will be an advantage.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
5+ years of export sales (managerial experience), preferably in the footwear industry, or related manufactured goods.
Proven track record of managing international accounts and achieving export sales targets.
Experience with freight, customs, and export compliance is desirable.
