F&B Controller Assistant SOFITEL

As part of the development of our Finance department, our 5-star hotel is looking for a Food & Beverage Control Assistant to participate in monitoring and optimizing the performance of our various food service outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets and room service).

Your tasks

• Monitor Food & Beverage sales daily (restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, minibar).

• Monitor and analyze F&B material costs and ratios .

• Participate in monthly inventories and stock control.

• Check supplier invoices and delivery notes .

• Analyze consumption gaps and losses .

• Update financial reports and dashboards .

• Working in collaboration with the kitchen, catering, purchasing and finance teams .
