F&B Coordinator MOVENPICK

mission

• To assist the F&B director in the administrative and operational management of the department.
• To act as a communication link between the F&B department and the other hotel departments
• Ensure compliance with the standards of the M Venpick Hotel, Gammarth, Tunis

Specific constraints & working conditions

• The F&B coordinator is not assigned a particular shift and may be called upon to work on public holidays and weekends, depending on the hotel's activity.
• Upon recruitment, the following are made available to him: A welcome booklet, a badge, a mobile phone, Outlook, Fidelio access codes.

Job Profile

• MD diploma from a prestigious engineering school
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Head Steward or Restaurant Manager in an international hotel chain
• Fluent in both written and spoken French and English
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and inventory management software
• Capable of forming his own team

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Fluency in English
additional languages are a plus
