Technical Office Responsibilities
- Prepare and review engineering designs and calculations for mechanical or electrical facilities systems.
- Develop, review, and update shop drawings using AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical.
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and material submittals.
- Review drawings and materials to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.
- Provide technical support to site execution and operation teams.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal departments.
- Prepare technical reports and engineering documentation.
Operation & Maintenance Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain mechanical or electrical facilities systems according to the assigned discipline.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve equipment and system failures.
- Supervise technicians and maintenance contractors.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
- Prepare operation, maintenance, and performance reports.
- Participate in commissioning, testing, and system handover activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, technical office, and/or operation & maintenance.
- Solid knowledge of international engineering codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / AutoCAD Electrical.
- Strong analytical, communication, and technical reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
