Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payment transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support the finance team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments to staff and vendors.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal controls.
• Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Support management in analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
• Help implement improvements in financial processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
