Process and record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing.
- Verify the accuracy of financial documents and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial files for audit readiness.
- Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative and clerical tasks as required.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
