الأدوار والمسؤوليات
Key Responsibilities:
- 1- Financial Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement the companyu2019s financial strategy in alignment with its long-term business goals.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct financial modeling to assess the viability of new projects, business ventures, and growth opportunities.
2- Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to the leadership team to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas of improvement or risk.
3- Cash Flow & Capital Management:
- Manage cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for ongoing operations and investments.
- Oversee the companyu2019s capital structure, including debt, equity, and working capital.
- Optimize capital allocation to maximize return on investment while minimizing financial risks.
4- Cost Control & Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase efficiency across the companyu2019s operations.
- Implement cost-control measures and track performance to ensure alignment with financial targets.
- Work with department heads to establish financial guidelines and ensure adherence to budgets.
5- Risk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure that financial operations comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Oversee audits, tax filings, and other regulatory obligations, working with external auditors and tax advisors when necessary.
6- Investor Relations & Fundraising:
- Support investor relations by preparing financial reports, managing communications, and addressing investor inquiries.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage fundraising efforts, including preparing financial presentations and managing relationships with investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
7- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance on financial best practices, reporting standards, and performance improvement.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
8- Mergers & Acquisitions (if applicable):
- Lead or support financial due diligence and integration efforts for potential acquisitions or mergers.
- Conducted financial assessments of acquisition targets and provided recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
1- Education:
- Bacheloru2019s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A CPA, CFA, or MBA is highly preferred.
2- Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in finance, preferably in the technology or software development industry.
- Proven track record in financial management, strategic planning, and reporting in a dynamic business environment. n
3 Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with financial operations specific to software companies, such as SaaS revenue models, subscription billing, and project-based financials.
4- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a finance team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically about financial and business issues.
5- Tools & Platforms:
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
