MISSIONS

Accounting, tax and administrative management

• Validate the records of transactions made by the external accounting firm (monthly accounting closings)
• Ensure financial operations comply with local regulations and partner requirements
• Managing financial audits and the relationship with the auditor
• Oversee all tax returns and monitor tax audits
• To act as an interface with the administration on all tax matters (VAT recovery, transfer pricing documentation) and financing, always in the best interests of the company.
• Participate, in conjunction with the group, in the management of contracts, insurance, litigation and compliance of the entity's activities

Cash management

• Monitoring and optimization of cash flow, investments, and management of banking relationships
• Ensuring proper management of customer risk (billing delays, debt collection)

Financial management and management control

• Prepare the budget and forecasts, and manage budget control in conjunction with the operational and financial departments.
• Analyze the discrepancies between forecasts and actual results, and propose corrective actions.
• Development and presentation of dashboards and reports, in accordance with the schedule set by the Group
• Follow internal procedures and adapt them as needed.
• Participate in the maintenance and optimization of information systems

• To support and assist operational management and their teams in driving profitability and improving performance

Team management

• Manage and coordinate the teams under your responsibility
• Organizing skills development and structuring internal processes
• Contribute to a rigorous, agile, and results-oriented management culture
• Train operational teams in the principles of financial management.
