What You ll Do

* Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycle for FAB Asset Management, including revenue, expenses, income, and capital expenditures
* Oversee monthly financial reporting processes, ensuring timely delivery of accurate and actionable insights
* Analyze financial performance and operational KPIs to identify cost synergies, efficiency opportunities, and underperforming assets
* Develop strategic plans and implement financial governance frameworks to support business enablement functions
* Collaborate with key stakeholders across compliance, risk, investment, and operations to align finance goals with broader strategy
* Deliver on business targets by supporting projects related to financial transformation and process improvement
* Drive capital management strategies, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization
* Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards within all finance-related operations
* Provide financial analysis and business partnering support for strategic initiatives and special projects

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CFA, CPA, or similar qualification preferred)
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis, and business finance roles
* Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk management practices
* Proven ability to drive efficiency through strategic financial planning and reporting improvements
* Advanced skills in Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Oracle, or Hyperion)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience in the banking or asset management sector preferred
