Job Description & Summary

Our Consulting team supports the transformation of the Finance Departments of major Moroccan and international groups. Our projects incorporate all technological and digital dimensions.

Within our team, you will be involved in projects that affect the organization and performance of Finance Departments:

  • Quantitative and qualitative benchmarks of support functions and the Finance function in particular,
  • Identification of transformation scenarios and definition of new operational models with associated business cases
  • Evolution of the organization of accounting and management control functions (implementation and optimization of Shared Service Centers, Global Business Services or Centers of Excellence),
  • Defining, managing, and implementing transformation roadmaps
  • Optimization of administrative and financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Fast & Smart Close),
  • Deployment of automation and/or robotics solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced senior consultant or manager capable of supporting our growth and assuming multiple responsibilities:

  • You manage your projects on assignment in terms of deliverables and supervision.
  • You contribute to business development and customer relations
  • You contribute to the production of Thought Leadership (Offers, viewpoints, articles...)
  • You will participate in the animation and development of the team.


What we expect from you :

  • You hold a Master's degree (Bac+5 level) from an engineering or business school, IEP, or a postgraduate degree specializing in finance/management.
  • You have 3-6 years of experience acquired in a consulting firm, within an outsourcing provider or in a company.
  • You have excellent knowledge of finance organizations (Global Business Services, Shared Service Centers) and administrative and financial processes.
  • Knowledge of associated technological levers, such as automation, robotics and artificial intelligence solutions, and/or SAP and Oracle ERP systems, is an asset.
  • Your must-haves: Analytical, Concise, Attentive, Rigorous, Able to take a step back, Impactful oral communication, Team player
  • You have developed, through your previous experiences, a strong aptitude for business development and team management.
  • You are comfortable in demanding, complex environments and ready to commit to serving our clients
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills, in both French and English.
