المسؤولية الرئيسية كمتدرب في المالية والمحاسبة هي تقديم القيادة المالية في العمليات. ستكون مسؤولاً عن مشاريع ذات معنى. ستكون قادرًا على تطوير مهاراتك القيادية وإدارة المالية بينما تحسن من قدراتك التعاونية.
ستشعر ملكية مشروعك منذ البداية، وستعمل على مشاريع ملموسة جدًا.
كما نعلم أن هذا مثير، نتأكد من أنك ستتلقى خطة تعلم مخصصة لضمان حصولك على مستويات مناسبة من التدريب والإرشاد والتدريب الرسمي أثناء تقديم عملك.
