Based in Dubai, with flexibility for the right candidate, this position combines business development with hands-on advisory.

You will work with:

  • UK-qualified professionals and high-net-worth clients
  • A growing international client base across the Gulf region

In addition to traditional regulated advice, you will have access to:

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Advisory

  • Build and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Present tailored investment and wealth management solutions
  • Deliver clear, professional, and compliant financial advice

Business Development

  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Develop and grow your own client bank
  • Represent the firm in a professional and commercially driven manner

Career Progression

  • Work towards transitioning into a senior wealth management role
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals in a high-performance environment

What s on Offer

Compensation & Earnings

  • Base salary of 2,000 2,500 per month for the first 3 months
  • Retainer plus commission thereafter
