The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities within the company. They lead a team of analysts to provide accurate financial analyses and strategic recommendations to management. The role includes managing the budgeting process, forecasting financial performance, and supporting the company's strategic initiatives.

You are responsible for:

• Oversee the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term plans.
• Ensure that financial forecasts are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Review and approve the financial analyses, reports and recommendations prepared by the team.
• Prepare summary reports for senior management and the board of directors.
• Collaborating with company departments to assess performance and financial trends.
• Providing profitability analyses to support investment decisions, growth projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in the development and implementation of financial reporting systems
• assess financial risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain vigilance regarding regulatory and economic changes that may affect the company.
• Leading and managing a team of financial analysts.
• To ensure the professional development and continuing training of the team.
