الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Responsible for all finishing works and maintains high-quality standards.
- Carries out technical supervision of ongoing Finishing work at all stages.
- Coordinates with different contractors to maintain and improve quality of work
- Coordinates between the clients and different workshops.
- Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
- Responsible for the procurement plan.
- Responsible for site daily operations.
- Performs weekly & monthly reports.
- Provide architectural solutions.
- Managing relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinating the different finishing site activities in the project
- Managing site to achieve project goals (quality, cost, time).
- Doing quality control checks for site works on a periodic basis.
- Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings
- Bachelor s degree in architecture/ fine arts
- Residential and commercial experience background
- Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs and coordination with MEP
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
- Ability to manage several tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Time management and project skills required to undertake multiple projects.
