الأدوار والمسؤوليات

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and annual fleet sales targets
  • Identify and develop new fleet business opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong fleet sales pipeline
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Close fleet deals in line with approved pricing and margin guidelines

Key Account Management

  • Manage and grow assigned key fleet accounts to ensure repeat business
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on fleet quotations and tenders
  • Handle objections and lead commercial negotiations to secure orders

Sales Execution & Order Management

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of fleet orders from booking to delivery
  • Monitor order bank, production status, and delivery timelines
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, registration, and after-sales teams
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing approvals, contracts, and invoicing

Team Supervision & Sales Support

  • Supervise and support fleet sales executives or coordinators
  • Allocate fleet leads and monitor follow-up and conversion rates
  • Coach team members on sales techniques and negotiation strategies

Performance Management & Reporting

  • Track sales performance against targets
  • Monitor pipeline value, conversions, and lost sales
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
  • Analyze competitor activity and market trends

Compliance & Brand Standards

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and governance
  • Adhere to approved pricing and discount structures
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
  • Ensure alignment with koda brand standards

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Fleet sales volume, revenue, and margin achievement
  • Pipeline value and conversion rates
  • Order intake vs. delivery performance
  • Key account retention and repeat business

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

Education: Bachelor s Degree or Diploma

Experience: 3 5 years of experience in automotive fleet or B2B sales

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Experience working with corporate clients, leasing companies, rental, or government accounts

Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities

High commercial and financial awareness

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong planning, follow-up, and time management capabilities

Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office

Languages: Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)

Technical: Computer literate
