Role Purpose
The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end vehicle fleet across Wolfi s Group, ensuring safe, efficient, compliant, and cost-effective transport operations.
The Fleet Supervisor ensures fleet readiness, driver coordination, regulatory compliance, and consistent brand representation, playing a critical role in keeping Wolfi s Group operations moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Operations & Coordination
- Oversee the daily scheduling, deployment, and utilisation of the Wolfi s Group vehicle fleet.
- Coordinate transport requirements across Retail, Wholesale, Events, Education, and Shared Services.
- Support employee transport requirements where applicable.
- Support with all new and existing vehicles in the fleet.
Driver Supervision, Safety & Processes
- Supervise all company vehicle custodians and ensure adherence to safe driving practices and company standards.
- Ensure all drivers comply with UAE traffic laws, company policies, and health & safety procedures.
- Promote a strong safety-first culture across all fleet operations.
- Co-ordinate with the People & Culture team to always ensure documentation is up to date for all vehicle custodians and asset allocation.
- Ensure policies are adhered to and bring ideas to implement new policies and processes to ensure safety at all times.
Vehicle Maintenance & Compliance
- Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy, insured, registered, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate routine servicing, inspections, repairs, and breakdown support with approved vendors.
- Monitor vehicle condition, cleanliness, and brand presentation at all times.
Reporting & Cost Control
- Maintain accurate fleet records including:
- Servicing and inspection logs
- Mileage and fuel usage
- Incident and accident reports
- Monitor fleet costs and identify opportunities for efficiency and optimisation.
- Flag risks, delays, or issues proactively and propose practical solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in fleet supervision.
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience supervising drivers and managing multi-site transport schedules.
- Highly organised with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving ability.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Valid manual UAE driving license (additional vehicle categories an advantage).
- Flexibility to work weekends and when the business requires.
