As a Commercial Consultant, you will play a critical role in shaping the commercial strategies for our client s Facilities Services operations in Saudi Arabia. This position requires a skilled professional with a proven track record in delivering commercial success within the facilities management industry or related sectors.
You will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and optimising existing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage innovative commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including preparing bids and proposals for large-scale Facilities Services contracts.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the Facilities Services industry.
Contract Negotiation:
- Lead the negotiation of contracts and agreements, ensuring commercial terms are favourable and aligned with the client s goals.
Financial Oversight:
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, finance, and business development teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contract execution.
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with commercial projects and contracts.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial, business development, or consultancy role within the Facilities Services, property management, or construction industries.
- Demonstrable success in managing large-scale commercial contracts and tenders.
Industry Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of the Facilities Services market, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
- Familiarity with local regulations and cultural business practices.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyse budgets and financial reports.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
