FM Shift Engineer - MEP eMinds

We are seeking a qualified Facility Management Engineer – MEP to manage and oversee maintenance and operations of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with solid knowledge of facility management practices and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day MEP maintenance operations across facilities

• Ensure proper functioning of:

  • HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems)

  • Electrical systems (LV systems, panels, lighting, UPS)

  • Plumbing systems (water supply, drainage, pumps)

• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs

• Conduct fault finding, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis

• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for maintenance works

• Monitor and ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements

• Ensure adherence to facility and construction safety standards (HSE)

• Perform inspections and audits of MEP systems and services

• Prepare maintenance reports, logs, and documentation (CAFM/CMMS)

• Support minor projects, upgrades, and system improvements

• Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns and emergencies
