Key Responsibilities

• Support team members to deliver efficient, high quality food and beverage service
• Ensure staff grooming, uniform compliance, and readiness for operation
• Perform opening and closing duties including setup, cleaning, securing areas, and preparing tools and supplies
• Maintain orderly storage areas and ensure FIFO practices are followed
• Conduct regular inventory checks and coordinate requisitions for supplies
• Monitor dining room conditions including seating, service flow, guest comfort, and safety
• Complete maintenance work orders when required
• Assist management in recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, and coaching
• Serve as the first point of contact for fair treatment and open-door policy issues
• Follow all company safety and security policies and report hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions
• Maintain professional appearance and demonstrate confidentiality and respect for company assets
• Welcome and assist guests according to service standards
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally
• Provide support to individuals with disabilities and ensure an inclusive environment
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to team objectives
• Ensure service standards, productivity, and quality expectations are met
• Identify and suggest improvements for efficiency, cost control, safety, and service quality
• Inspect tools and equipment and identify defects
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting items up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing stairs, and handling various equipment
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor

• Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality operations
• Strong understanding of service standards and guest interaction
• Experience supporting or coordinating team tasks
• Good communication skills, including clear professional language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent service quality
• Physically fit to perform operational tasks and long shifts
• Positive, cooperative, and guest-focused approach
