To safely transport goods and ammunition within and outside the facility while ensuring full compliance with UAE Traffic Laws, safety regulations, and company procedures. The role also includes general logistics and warehouse support duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport goods, ammunition, and hazardous materials within and outside the facility as required.

• Strictly follow UAE Traffic Rules and Regulations and bear responsibility for any violations as per the law.

• Perform general logistical duties, including shipping and receiving parts and materials.

• Check inventory, conduct product counts, weigh and tag products, and inspect items.

• Operate handheld barcode scanners as required.

• Wrap loads and load/unload goods onto and off vehicles.

• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and assigned work areas.

• Ensure vehicles are maintained according to safety standards and procedures.

• Conduct vehicle roadworthiness checks, including routine inspections, tyre pressure checks, maintenance, servicing, and repairs in coordination with the Department Manager.

• Maintain awareness of vehicle registration records and coordinate testing and renewal with the Administration Department in a timely manner.

• Move and store ammunition, explosives, and other hazardous materials according to established safety procedures as directed by Stores Management.

• Immediately notify the Supervisor, Department Manager, and Security Department in case of any accident related to vehicles, ammunition, or explosives within or outside Tawazun Industrial Park.

• Report any obstacles, hazards, or dangers affecting staff, equipment, or the environment and recommend corrective action.

• Comply with Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) policies, including:

  • Following safe working procedures

  • Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

  • Being familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures

  • Avoiding any willful or reckless endangerment of health and safety

  • Assisting in risk assessments

  • Reporting OSH hazards, incidents, and issues

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Manager or Supervisor.
