Freelance Business Analyst Consultant

Context :

We are looking for a Business Analyst/Organizational Consultant to support our client in optimizing their business processes and managing transformation projects. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.

• Analyze and optimize existing third-party processes
• Gather and formalize user needs
• Drafting specifications, RFPs (Request for Proposal) and producing RAOs (Responses to Calls for Tenders).
• Monitor projects and report to stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops with the technical and technical teams
• Capitalize on and share feedback (REX) to improve practices.
• Driving change within teams or with clients.
• Implement and optimize internal practices based on recognized consulting methods.
• Supporting user training.
• Participate in the functional testing of solutions

Search profile:

• 6-8 years of experience in project management assistance and organization, ideally acquired in a consulting firm.
• Proven experience in supporting change and capitalizing on feedback (REX).
• Mastery of RFP writing and RAO production.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and facilitation skills.
• Mastery of project management methodologies and process modeling tools.
• Strong adaptability and analytical skills
