Freelance Business Analyst

As part of the finalization of the Calypso software integration project, its post-production security, and the launch of the software extension for a new activity, we are seeking a Business Analyst for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in banking and financial markets projects, ideally within the front, middle, or back office of asset management activities. Significant experience with the Calypso software is required.

• Reference application Calypso: Support the business in the use of the application, ensure N1, N2 application support and manage the operational monitoring of production, manage the daily relationship with publishers and other partners;
• Integration project: Intervene with business teams to gather their needs, assist them in specification, integration and IS acceptance work and ensure change management, Supervise project planning, including the development and updating of schedules;
• Risk management: Identify, assess and monitor the risks associated with the project. Propose and implement mitigation plans to minimize potential negative impacts;
• Communication: Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, ensuring that key information flows efficiently and that all actors are aligned on the project's progress;
• Reporting and documentation: Prepare and share regular reports on project progress, including KPIs, progress made, challenges encountered, and corrective actions taken. Maintain complete and organized documentation for all project phases.
