Missions :

• Gather and challenge the needs of stakeholders (Business, Actuarial Science, Management)
• Transforming needs into actionable user stories
• Write the detailed functional specifications
• Define complex business rules (taxation, financial calculations, management flows)
• Model the target processes
• Prioritize tickets in collaboration with the Product Owner
• Ensure clarity of acceptance criteria for the development team
• Collaborating on the design of modern and fluid interfaces
• Ensure the alignment between user journeys and technical capabilities
• Analyze existing data structures
• Use SQL for diagnostics, extractions, and integrity validation of data streams
• D. Finalize the functional test plan
• Supporting users during user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Guarantee the quality of the final delivery
• To act as a liaison between IT teams and business stakeholders
• Securing the roadmap and the successful execution of the projects

Search profile:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• High level of writing rigor and analytical skills
• Forte culture Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
• Ability to simplify technical issues for industry professionals
• Ma trise des m thodologies d'analyse (BPMN, User Stories)
• Expertise in Jira and Confluence for monitoring developments
• Knowledge of SQL (data analysis, validation)
• Understanding digital architectures and technical constraints
