Context :

As part of accelerating the Life Insurance Roadmap and securing critical milestones, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to strengthen our client's agile team. You will bring high-level technical expertise to drive strategic developments within the Life Insurance division and boost the team's velocity.

• Start date: ASAP
• Duration: 9 months, renewable
• Location: Casablanca, Morocco

Missions :

• Participate in technical architecture choices (Microservices, API First)
• Contribute to the modeling of SQL databases
• Designing robust and scalable REST APIs with ASP.NET Core (.NET 10)
• Integrating complex business rules (taxation, financial calculations)
• Developing modern, high-performance, and responsive interfaces with React.js
• Ensure the reusability of components
• Designing diagrams and writing complex queries
• Optimizing database performance
• Implement security protocols (OAuth2, encryption)
• Protecting the sensitive data of policyholders
• Ensure code maintainability (Clean Code)
• Perform unit and integration tests
• Participating in cross-code reviews
• Actively participate in Scrum rituals
• Collaborating with Product Owners to refine business requirements

Search profile:

• 5+ years of experience in Full Stack development
• Experience in Bancassurance, Life Insurance or Fintech (major asset)
• Rigour, autonomy and a strong Agile culture
• Ability to simplify technical issues for industry professionals
• Back-end : .NET Core / .NET 10, Entity Framework
• Front-end : React.js, TypeScript, gestion d' tat (Redux ou Context API)
