We are looking for an exciting and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team in Qatar to build a complete Attendance Application from the ground up.

This is a great opportunity for someone who can independently develop a full end-to-end system, including mobile and web components.

You will be responsible for building a complete attendance management system, including mobile clock-in functionality, staff dashboard, admin dashboard, backend APIs, and database. The role requires strong backend, frontend, and database development experience.

Key responsibilities :

• Develop a full attendance system including mobile and web components.

• Build the mobile clock-in/clock-out application (hybrid).

• Create staff dashboard (attendance summary, history, leave status, profile).

• Create admin dashboard (all staff records, reports, shift management, analytics).

• Design and implement the database structure Build secure and scalable backend APIs .

Implement features such as:

• GPS-based attendance

• Shift rules & working hours

• Role-based access (staff/admin)

• Attendance reports (daily/weekly/monthly)

• Notifications and email alerts

• Deploy the system to server/cloud and configure the environment.

• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation

• Work closely with management to understand requirements and deliver the complete solution.
