What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-quality software applications that are critical to our product offering.
• Collaborate effectively with Finance, Data, and Product teams to define, implement, and iterate on key product features.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (such as coding copilots and code generation tools) to improve productivity, while reviewing and validating generated code to ensure production quality.
• Tackle complex technical challenges and contribute significantly to architectural decisions and system design.
• Work extensively with APIs, develop data-driven solutions, and leverage cloud infrastructure, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Ensure smooth and efficient deployment and delivery through CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the company's architecture, codebase, and evolving customer needs.
• Actively participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and promote engineering best practices across the team, including effective use of AI development tools.

Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

• Prior experience in the fintech industry or with financial systems.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and building analytics pipelines.
• Experience integrating or working with AI-powered tools, APIs, or LLM-based systems.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Experience working effectively in remote or distributed team settings.
• Adaptability and a proactive approach, often found in startup environments.
• Experience with technical documentation.
