Position Overview
This senior technology role focuses on designing, shaping, and delivering modern digital product architectures across mobile platforms, backend systems, and integrated enterprise services. As a Full Stack Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define high-level and low-level designs, lead technical direction, and ensure FAB s digital platforms remain innovative, secure, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

* Produce high-level and low-level architecture designs for mobile platforms, backend services, and all related integrations.
* Translate business requirements into technical structures while ensuring alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and architecture standards.
* Lead, guide, and mentor engineering teams across multiple platforms to deliver enterprise-grade software solutions.
* Evaluate and introduce modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices to maintain cutting-edge digital capabilities.
* Use a blend of open-source and commercial tools to build scalable, cost-efficient solutions aligned with FAB s digital strategy.
* Collaborate with IT, risk, security, and compliance teams to ensure safe and reliable delivery of applications.
* Maintain architectural ownership over product designs, ensuring consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
* Participate in Agile delivery cycles, contributing to sprint planning, refinement, and technical discussions.
* Drive knowledge sharing and technical advocacy through workshops, internal talks, and technical sessions.
* Support RFP reviews, ARB approval cycles, and technical recruitment processes.
* Advise the business on technology implications, trade-offs, and solution feasibility.

Ideal Profile

* 10+ years of total industry experience, with at least 5 years in software development and 5 years as a Solution Architect.
* Strong development background using modern languages such as Java and Node.js.
* Solid experience designing microservices-based digital platforms.
* Hands-on experience in Agile product development environments.
* Strong knowledge of SOA, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, and databases including Oracle, MySQL, SQL, and NoSQL.
* Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, VPCs, IAM, Direct Connect, CloudFront, AZ configuration, firewalls, and security groups).
* Experience working with authentication, SSO, LDAP, LAMP stacks, and search technologies.
* Familiar with DevOps, CI/CD, design patterns, refactoring, and building scalable applications.
* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder-engagement capabilities.
* Experience participating in tech meetups, speaking engagements, or writing technical content is a plus.
