Position: Full-Time Teacher Location: Ada Tech Institute, Dubai Knowledge Park Working Days: Wednesday – Sunday Working Hours: Wednesday & Thursday: 12:30 PM – 7:00 PM Friday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM About Ada Tech Institute Ada Tech Institute is a modern educational center focused on Coding, Robotics, AI, Electronics, 3D Design, and Game Development for ages 7 to 17. We are committed to providing hands-on, project-based learning through structured curriculum pathways designed to empower young learners with future-ready skills. We are looking for a dedicated, passionate, and disciplined Full-Time Teacher who can manage classes, support academic operations, deliver excellent learning experiences, and contribute to the institute’s curriculum development and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities 1. Teaching & Classroom Delivery Conduct coding, robotics, electronics, and technology sessions for students aged 7 to 17. Deliver lessons professionally following Ada Tech’s curriculum and teaching methodology. Maintain strong classroom control, ensure discipline, and create an engaging learning environment. Adapt teaching style according to student age groups, learning pace, and abilities. Ensure students complete daily activities, weekly projects, and practical tasks. Provide individual support for students needing extra help. Take catch-up sessions for students who missed classes. Communicate learning progress and behaviour updates when required. 2. Training & Continuous Development Undergo ongoing training in subjects including programming, robotics, electronics, AI fundamentals, and game development. Attend weekly internal teacher development sessions. Stay updated with new teaching tools, software, and institute methodologies. Participate in mock classes, peer reviews, and skills assessments conducted by the Academic Team. 3. Curriculum & Material Development Assist in creating lesson plans, presentations, handouts, worksheets, quizzes, and project guides. Support the academic team in updating existing materials and improving class flow. Contribute creative ideas for new courses and project-based learning modules. 4. Administrative & Institute Support Tasks The teacher will also perform various administrative duties critical to daily operations, such as: General Administrative Tasks Prepare and check robotics kits before classes (Arduino, Micro:bit, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Spike, etc.). Maintain equipment, ensure devices are charged, updated, and functioning. Assist with printing certificates, attendance sheets, and course materials. Support front-desk operations during high-traffic student hours. Help with student registration, attendance tracking, and parent coordination when needed. Assist during events, workshops, winter/summer camps, and weekend peak hours. Academic Administrative Tasks Prepare weekly progress updates for the Academic Coordinator. Ensure all course materials are ready before sessions (slides, code templates, robotics components). Assist with updating course documentation and keeping version control consistent. 5. Student Engagement & Institute Culture Motivate students through constructive feedback and positive reinforcement. Promote creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving in every class. Participate in institute activities including demo days, competitions, and exhibitions. Represent Ada Tech Institute with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times. Requirements Educational & Technical Requirements Strong background in programming, robotics, game development, or related technologies. Ability to teach at least two of the following: Python, C++, JavaScript, HTML/CSS Robotics (Arduino, Micro:bit, LEGO Spike) 3D design (Tinkercad, Blender basics) Game development (Unity, Roblox Studio, Godot basics) Good communication skills in English. Professional Requirements Punctuality, responsibility, discipline, and commitment to institute standards. Ability to multitask and handle both teaching & administrative workloads. Willingness to learn new technologies regularly.
