Within the Human Resources department, reporting to the head of the HRIS Projects department, your role will consist of:
- Plan and organize the implementation of HRIS projects while respecting deadlines.
- Gather and analyze the needs of the different HR departments for our HRIS tools.
- Write specifications and functional specifications.
- Ensure the configuration, testing and deployment of new functionalities.
- Organize and deliver training to end users.
- Provide the necessary documentation for the internal HRIS tools; test plan, training materials; user guide, etc.
- Monitor internal tool developments and propose improvements.
- Supporting the launch of HR campaigns (Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Recruitment, etc.)

Holding a degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent, you have 1-2 years of experience in HRIS tools (SAP SSF /HR ACCESS or others).
Your skills and abilities:
- Functional knowledge of HRIS tools
- Good luck with my English!
- Ability to work in a team
- Capacit sd analysis and synthesis
- Interpersonal skills, listening skills, negotiation skills
- Sense of organization and rigor.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
