ABOUT THE ROLE
The Gaming Equipment Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, installing, and verifying gaming equipment to ensure proper operation and regulatory compliance. Provides technical support, prepares service documentation, follows internal procedures, and supports continuous improvement of safety and repair processes while working flexible shifts, including weekends.
 
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Handle maintenance, verification and repair gaming equipment and related sub assemblies.

• Assists in all service requirements that are necessary in gaming machine equipment.

• Reads and interpret data record by the gaming equipment.

• Move and install gaming equipment.

• Provides technical consultancy.

• Safely and effectively operates shop tools including hand tools, soldering equipment, and electronic test equipment, etc. Prepares documents corresponding to the performed operations.

• Represents the company in relation to the relevant gambling authorities.

• Follows policies and procedures as they relate to technical operations.

• Provides input on how policies and procedures may be streamlined to enhance machine repair, improve safety requirements, and security of equipment.

 
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

• A minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar role or technical one.

• Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.

• Extremely organized with good communication skills.

• Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.

-Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including 8-hour shifts and weekends, to meet business needs.

-English language – conversational level
