Job Title: General Foreman – Civil & Finishing
Location: West Africa (Benin / Abata, Ivory Coast)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General Foreman – Civil & Finishing with a proven track record in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive site experience, and the ability to manage civil and finishing activities efficiently while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site civil and finishing works for high-rise building projects.

• Lead and manage site supervisors, foremen, and labor teams to ensure smooth execution of activities.

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

• Monitor daily progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions to meet project timelines.

• Coordinate with engineers, QA/QC, and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety standards.

• Oversee finishing works including plastering, tiling, painting, joinery, and façade works.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment on site.

• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues in coordination with the engineering team.

• Maintain daily reports on work progress, manpower, and site activities.
