Your main responsibilities:

  • Organize, coordinate and supervise the internship service on a daily basis.

  • Ensure the cleanliness, maintenance and compliance of rooms and common areas according to the establishment's standards.

  • To supervise, train and motivate the teams (maids and chambermaids, team members)

  • Develop schedules based on activity and optimize resources

  • To monitor the quality of services and carry out regular inspections

  • Manage customer requests and complaints with professionalism and responsiveness

  • Manage inventory, linens, and guest amenities.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety procedures and presentation standards.

  • Communicating priorities and operational information effectively to the entire team

As Head Housekeeper, you are responsible for ensuring excellent service on all floors and actively contribute to providing an impeccable guest experience, in accordance with the hotel's standards.
