Our client is a leading Large company in the field of Pasta Manufacturing. We are seeking a high-caliber General Manager to lead our operations in Jeddah, KSA. This role is designed for a seasoned leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and industrial growth within the food manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to enhance market share and profitability in the pasta manufacturing sector.

• Operational Oversight: Manage end-to-end factory operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining world-class efficiency and safety standards.

• Financial Management: Oversee the company s P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting to ensure sustainable growth and cost optimization.

• Supply Chain Optimization: Direct procurement, logistics, and inventory management to ensure a seamless flow of raw materials and finished products.

• Quality Assurance: Guarantee strict adherence to international food safety standards (ISO/HACCP) and maintain the highest quality of pasta products.

• Performance Monitoring: Implement KPIs across all departments and report directly to the Owners regarding organizational health and achievements.

• Team Development: Lead and mentor a large workforce, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a BA (Business Administration or Engineering preferred).

• Experience: Minimum of 20 years of professional experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a GM or Deputy GM role specifically within the Pasta or Food Manufacturing industry.

• Skills: Proven achievement record; strong fluency in Arabic and English.

• Availability: Preferred joining time within 30 to 60 days.

• Working Schedule: 6 days per week.
