Job Title: Sales Agent - German-Speaking (Outbound Sales / SDR)
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales Execution: Conduct high-volume outbound telemarketing calls to a provided lead list, specifically targeting former customers for reactivation and "win-back".
- Objection Handling & Closing: Employ strong communication and an empathetic approach to effectively handle customer objections and secure net conversions.
- Lead Qualification & Handover: Identify and qualify new prospects, preparing and scheduling next steps (e.g., deeper discovery calls) for Account Executives as required.
- CRM and Documentation: Accurately document all sales activities, customer interactions, and lead status in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Compliance & Strategy: Strictly adhere to all local German telemarketing compliance laws and contribute insights to optimize outbound strategy and improve contact rates.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain expert knowledge of the company's products and services to articulate value propositions clearly to German-speaking prospects.

Language Fluency:
- German: Native or near-native fluency (B2+, C1/C2 level) is mandatory for both written and spoken communication, demonstrating high confidence in work settings.
- English: Professional working proficiency is typically required for internal communication, training, and working with international teams.
Experience:
- Proven prior experience in outbound sales/telemarketing is mandatory.
- Experience in direct seller support, e-commerce, booking, or technical support is considered relevant and a strong advantage for the profile.

- A high degree of cultural fit for the German market, including adherence to professional workplace standards, language precision, and etiquette.
